Schedule: Thursday & Friday evenings, Saturday evening shifts (approximately 12–15 hours per week)
Position Overview
Revival Wine & Dessert Bar, located in a historic 1855 mansion, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Kitchen Assistant to support food preparation and service during peak evenings. This role is ideal for someone who appreciates traditional hospitality, works efficiently in a small kitchen environment, and takes pride in presentation.
This position supports live music nights and programmed events, requiring steady execution and teamwork.

Occasional flexibility for special events
This is a peak-hour position. We are not currently hiring for weekday prep shifts.
Compensation
$15 per hour
Participation in the house tip pool
Approximate total hourly earnings vary based on nightly volume
Key Responsibilities
Assist with preparation of small plates, charcuterie cups, and light savory items
Portion and plate composed bites for events and music nights
Prepare and restock service items (pretzels, popcorn, shareables)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas
Support efficient food flow during peak service
Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Qualifications
Prior kitchen or food service experience preferred
Ability to work quickly and neatly in a compact kitchen
Strong attention to detail in plating and presentation
Reliable transportation and punctuality required
Comfortable working in a team environment during busy service
